🚫 1. No Returns After Delivery

We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in cases of damage or defect. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

📦 2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video to initiate a replacement or refund. This video must:

  • Show the unopened package and the unboxing process

  • Clearly display the damage or defect

  • Be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

🚚 3. Return Shipping (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • The customer must arrange return shipping using a reliable courier with tracking

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a replacement or refund, based on the resolution shared during approval

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gro Toys, Shed No. 2, Plot No. 15, Bhumeswar Industrial Area, Opp. Dharmjivan Oil Mill, Street No. 3, Near Somnath Way Bridge, Kothariya, Rajkot, Gujarat – 360022, India

💰 4. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will be provided in the following cases:

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Full or partial refund after review

  • Missing Items: If we can’t fulfill the missing item(s), a refund will be issued for those items

🚫 5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, tampered, or customer-damaged products

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

⏳ 6. Reporting Timeframe

All issues (damaged/missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
